What Minecraft version do I need to play?

The Coop can be joined on any Minecraft Java Edition version past 1.20.4. For the best experience, we recommend version 1.20.4. Connect at play.thecoopmc.net.

How do I connect to the server?

Add play.thecoopmc.net as a server in Minecraft Java Edition and hit join, ensure you enable server resource packs. No separate launcher or download needed.

How long does it take for my purchase to apply?

Most Ranks and Victory Coins apply within a few minutes. If you don't see your purchase right away, try rejoining the server, that usually resolves it. If it's still missing after 10–15 minutes, reach out through Discord or email with your Minecraft username and order confirmation.

Can I upgrade my Rank later instead of buying a new one?

Yes, Ranks are upgradeable. Log in with your Minecraft Username and higher Rank packages will automatically calculate the difference, buying one will automatically upgrade you.

What are Victory Coins used for?

Victory Coins are The Coop's shared currency across game modes, including Survive Disasters and MineMart. You can earn them naturally by playing, or purchase them here to speed things up. They're used for kits in Survive Disasters, extra inventory/backpack slots in MineMart, and cosmetic particle effects in the lobby.

Do my Victory Coins and Rank carry across all game modes?

Yes, your Rank is always visible in-game, however cosmetic perks are limited to the lobbies unless said otherwise.

What happens if I don't receive my purchase?

Purchases are processed and delivered automatically through Tebex. If something doesn't show up in-game after rejoining, contact us, we can check the order and manually resolve it.

Who do I contact for refunds or payment issues?

This store's checkout is owned and operated by Tebex, who handle payment processing and billing support. The Coop does not refund purchases. For anything gameplay-related (perks not applying, missing Ranks or Victory Coins), contact us directly.

Is The Coop affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft?

No. The Coop is an independent, fan-run server and is not affiliated with Mojang, Microsoft, or Minecraft in any way.
